Is there nutritional or recipe software that also figures out number of servings in the recipe(s)?

I want to alter favorite recipes by substituting ingredients to make them healthier i.e lower in fat, salt. etc...Many of them do not tell ';serving sizes';. My goal after altering the recipes is to know: 1 What a serving size is for the recipe 2 How many it serves and 3 The nutritional analysis of each serving. The software I have researched seems to create a recipe with nutritional analysis. But, has nothing on how to figure servings sizes. Is there nutritional or recipe software that also figures out number of servings in the recipe(s)?
I use Mastercook/cooking light. It will give you nutritional analysis, %26amp; you can sub any ingredients of choice. You can decide how many servings you want, %26amp; it will recalculate. I also go to cooking light's website. Their recipes tell you how many cups etc per serving.

I bought version 8, %26amp; you can import recipes from the web %26amp; CD Kitchen, %26amp; get a readout. No program I know of, will tell you how many servings when you add your list of ingredients. Just key in the amount of servings you would like with all your substitute ingredients, %26amp; it does the rest.
